Cut through the clutter APR, points, etc. to compare the net cost of each mortgage under review. Just enter the loan data from each lender and a convenient Mortgage Plans table will show all the loans that you are reviewing.

You can sort the table by cost or any other metric of interest. There may be other factors influencing your judgment, but at least you will know which mortgage incurs the lowest cost.
